Feathers, Extensions and Bling Oh My!

You've seen the feathers on celebrities like Hilary Duff, Kesha, and even Steven Tyler!

Feather extensions have broken into the main stream market! They are a fun, easy way to add color to your hair without all the damage! I've been getting so many requests at the salon lately so I figured it was time to feature it on my blog!

We ordered a salon kit a while back that had an assortment of colors! At only $9/feather, they have been flying off of our shelves! I also got creative one day and made some clip in hair extensions pieces with feathers and bling string! These are the pieces I made.

Another fun trend in hair is the colored extensions pieces and Dazzle Du hair bling!
If you watched the Grammys last year then Im sure you saw Beyonce's locks dazzling in the light!

Shortly after that, we had many clients asking about the "hair tinsel" they saw in Beyonce's hair so we had to find them! We ended up finding a local rep who not only had the stings, but she also carried them in an assortment of colors! We had to have them! They add a subtle sparkle to your own hair! Great for beach days or a night out! The best thing about them is the fact that you can treat them like your own hair! You can curl them, flat iron them, and wash them as usual. At only $3/string they are a fun, affordable way to sparkle this summer!

Last but not least, We just recently got in colored hair extensions! They are 100% remy human hair (meaning all the cuticles are facing the same direction making the hair super soft). They have been around for a long time but celebrities like Katy perry have really been bringing them back!

We currently have magenta/pink, blue, green, red, blonde, and carmel for only $15 a strand! The great thing about these is they can be re worn up to 3 times!
